Images of pilot extraction plants in the US show the oil production facilities which we can expect in our park, together with the access roads and trucks needed to service them. Each such plant may or produce marginal profit for the oil company, though none has yet passed the profitability threshold. If IEI puts a large number of such facilities in the parks, and if OPEC succeeds in pushing up oil prices, Vinegar's company may make a profit; the actual price will be paid by bike riders and others who love the park.
